Prairie Wildfire, formed in 2015, is an all-female band from Buffalo, Wyoming, offering a blend of bluegrass, country, and gospel. With vocalist Sage Palser on mandolin, vocalist Morgan Blaney on bass, and vocalist Tessa Taylor on banjo, these dynamos have honed their harmonies, filled out their sound with original instrumentation, and written many of their own tunes.
Prairie Wildfire, a Wyoming Vocal, and acoustic trio, recently released their new song West Virginia Train. New sound but a lot of old spirit. The girls are celebrating the release of their first single with the band's current lineup. Mentored by chart-topping songwriter David Stewart, the girls have honed their sound in the Historic Occidental Saloon, playing three nights a week throughout their high school careers, but they are eager to branch out from "old Wyoming" on that West Virginia Train.
