Lorraine Jordan has promoted festivals all over North Carolina – cities such as Raleigh, Burlington, Louisburg, and Cherokee – just to name a few. She finally found a place she can call home for her festival, Gatlinburg, TN. Lorraine, bands, and fans love Gatlinburg, TN's atmosphere. Every year hundreds of fans pour into the Gatlinburg Convention Center (Mills Auditorium) to come to the Christmas In The Smokies Bluegrass Festival.
